All products are made to order. Because of this, returns or replacements are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Eligible Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, you may choose a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-based issues

  • Normal wear and tear

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
